Norfolk and Suffolk Police have a concise collection of Crime Prevention Information leaflets entitled "1st Principle".
These will give you advice and tips for a rnage of crime prevention issues.
There are even some self-assessment forms to enable you to check your home security and help you to make improvements.
It takes just a few small steps and some simple changes to make you feel safer and to feel more secure.
1st Principle takes it's name from the founder of the modern Police Force, Sir Robert Peel. He established 9 Principles of Policing.
The first of these being "the basic mission for which the police exist is to prevent crime and disorder".
