Cats Protection Bury St Edmunds has teamed up with vets at Moreton Hall Veterinary Centre to offer a free neutering service for cats. The offer, which runs throughout the month of October, is open to all households in postcode areas IP29, IP30, IP31, IP32 and IP33.
