National Highway are planning to carry out bridge joint and road surface repair works on the A14 westbound junction 43. This will ensure the A14 continues to remain in a safe and serviceable condition.

They plan to complete this work over two nights between Tuesday 26 November and  Thursday 28 November 2024. We will work between 8pm and 6am, weather permitting.

Closures and diversions

To carry out the work safely, we will need to close the A14 westbound at junction 43, between the exit slip and the entry slip and divert traffic as follows:

  •  Traffic wishing to continue westbound on the A14 will be diverted off the A14 at junction 43. At the St Saviours Interchange Roundabout, take the third exit and rejoin the A14 westbound.

A map of the diversion can be found below.
