These classes will help to ease the stresses of everyday life while toning and strengthening your body. Booking required. 

Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Come along and find your serenity.

Classes:

• Begin with with a breathing exercise, short meditation or a visualisation
  
  
• Move on to a warm up using gentle movements
  
  
• Deeper working, from the floor up to standing postures and balances or from sitting up to standing
  
  
• Finally, we come back down to the mat and do some breath-led strong and dynamic poses, or gentle twists, before laying down
