For children aged 0-5. Lots of fun with a wide range of toys, crafts, singing and stories. Join us in Thurston Library, Norton Road, on Tuesdays from 10.00 - 11:30. Free of charge. No need to book. 

1st Thurston Scouts

Beavers, cubs and scouts groups all meet regularly in the village. Adult help needed to continue to run the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts groups in the village.

Thurston Brownies

Wednesday evenings from 6 'til 7.30pm at Cavendish Hall , term times only.

Prospective parents of girls should visit www.girlguiding.org.uk/interested to register their interest.

This generates an e-mail to me & other Brownie leaders in the district.

The same website can be visited to  register an interest in Rainbows & Guides. Although there are no units in Thurston there are in neighbouring villages.

Tiny Toes - Baby & Toddler group
 New Green Centre, Thurston.
£2 per adult, 50p per child incl. coffee & cake. £1 per extra adult
9:15 - 11:15
Friendly group for children 0-4, their parents, grandparents or carers.
Plenty of space for toddlers to play in a safe environment plus a baby corner,
craft activity and singalong.

French for Tots

French for Tots
An hour of French fun for children 9 months to 4 years old, including time for play, chat and homemade cake! Taught by Gill Sear; a fluent French speaker and experienced language teacher.
Thursdays 9.30 or 10.45am and Fridays 9.30am in Thurston.
Songs, nursery rhymes, French culture, games, stories, puppets, movement, dance and the “Sac magique!”
£5.50 per class (pay termly in advance)
